- Landscaping - All landscaping shall be maintained in a first-class, neat and attractive condition and appearance, mowing, watering, trimming, fertilizing, weeding, insect and disease control shall be performed by the owner as reasonably required. Landscaping modifications must be approved by the ARC.

- Garbage - All garbage and refuse shall be placed in containers and shall be capped and stored in such a manner that they are inaccessible to animals.
Pick-up dates- No debris should be stored or allowed to accumulate at the front or sides of homes.
- No debris/trash/ect. should be visible from the front of the home.
- Parking - Residents and guests must park in driveways or on paved streets. Please do not park on lawns. No vehicles may be parked on paved streets overnight.
- Fences - fences and walls may only be installed with the approval of the Architectural Review Committee. An Architectural Review Form
must be submitted and approved by the committee prior to installation. - Storm Water Inlets - These opening in our gutters should be kept clear and free of grass clippings, yard waste and trash. The openings are not to be used by residents to discard debris as it is harmful to our water retention systems.
