I would like to attend the HOA meetings but I am not able to at the time it is held each month. Is there a chance we mix up the time a little to accomadate the residents that can’t attend at that time?

Also I would like to know if there is any truth to a rumor I heard. I heard there was a plan to possibly build a Gazeebo or pavilion that would cost in the neighborhood of $50,000. Is there any truth to this? I understand that there is plans look into this but the dollar amount is what is concerning. Thank you for the information.

“PIT BULLS AMONG US” Today while walking my dog I saw two young men walking “TWO LARGE PIT BULLS”. I asked them “are your dogs PIT BULLS” one said “yep”. I let them know that pit bulls are not allowed in this neighborhood. He told me to call a cop. I then asked if he lived here he said that he did. He refused to give me his address, the dogs seemed aggressive so I let them be.
I don’t know if they are renters or owners, anyway it doesn’t matter. Remember my wife and small dog were mutilated by a pit bull a couple of years ago. PLEASE!!!! if any one knows or sees where these dogs live tell the HOA before anyone gets injured or attacked.
According to our rules this type of animal is not permitted on Grassy Pointe Property. Whether it is a Pit Bull Mix or full breed, living here or visiting. This MUST be addressed ASAP!!!!

It is nice to see that our Briland Street cul de sac has been cleaned up. Any plans to remove the vouch that was uncovered?

    • mapelmaim says:

The lawn service that did the clean up was asked to remove the couch the day they did the work. Unfortunately they did not have room in the truck that day to remove it. They have been contacted again about the removal. Hopefully it will be gone soon.

    • Roger &Nsncy says:

Couch, sorry for the typo. Thanks for your quick response and information.

      • mapelmaim says:

No worries. I knew what you meant. The lawn crew was in the neighborhood today. Hopefully they will take the couch today. We’ll see. I’ll check after work.

  7. Donna Wienke says:

    Yeah! The couch is gone:)
