Grassy Pointe EntranceThe Grassy Pointe subdivision is a friendly, deed-restricted community in Tarpon Springs, Florida.  It is located just minutes from the famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks where you will find some of the best Greek food in the state of Florida.  Also nearby is Fred Howard Park, entrance to the Pinellas Trail, and downtown Tarpon Springs with quaint little shops and restaurants.  The Tarpon Springs Municipal Golf Course and Florida Hospital North Pinellas are within 1 mile of the community.

The neighborhood is near top ranked Pinellas County schools such as, Tarpon Springs Fundamental Elementary, Tarpon Springs Middle School , and Tarpon Springs High School.  The Tarpon Springs campus of St. Petersburg College is also nearby.

The convenience of being located close to US Highway 19 and Tarpon Avenue allows easy access for residents commuting to Clearwater, St Petersburg and Tampa.

    Suggestions on how community funds are allocated and then spent is best made at the HOA meetings, which are conveniently and currently held at the common area, Saturdays at 10am. Please come and provide your input.

    Hi! Our son’s friend Lyndsay (in the next neighborhood) is trying to raise money to go to NYC with the Tarpon High School band for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade this November. The price to go is steep, but she’s willing to do odd jobs, etc., to help earn her way. I recommend her to help you out with your chores!
