All landscaping shall be maintained in a first-class, neat and attractive condition and appearance, mowing, watering, trimming, fertilizing, weeding, insect and disease control shall be performed by the owner as reasonably required.
An Architectural Review Form must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for all landscaping modifications.
