2024 Assessment
The annual assessment set by the Grassy Pointe Board of Directors for 2024 is $550. Payment is due January 1, 2024.
Below is a PDF of the Annual Mailing Packet which you all should have received in the mail. Included in the packet is the 2024 Assessment payment form.
New Landscaping Company
Westcoast Landscape and Lawns will now be servicing Grassy Pointe for landscaping, irrigation, and fertilization/pest control.
They will begin regular service on Wednesdays beginning 8/16.
Common Area Pavilion
The long-awaited pavilion at the Liam Common Area is finally finished! Enjoy this new asset to the community!
Ongoing Projects
- Grass along the entry drive – We are aware that the grass at the entrance is looking sad again. Our landscaping company is working on it.
- Pavilion structure at West Liam Common Area – The pavilion is finished and it is beautiful! An 8-foot picnic table has been placed there. Enjoy your new Common Area!
- Traffic Signs – The new stop signs have been installed which match our street signs. Nice upgrade!
- Common Area - Upgrade of Common Area at the NE Corner of Longview and Liam is coming. In 2023 we will start with irrigation, then upgrade the landscaping.
